Well...it's a fire blanket... Reasonable package...perhaps slightly squashy plastic. No end caps to loose. Tamper tags can be fitted to the top side.

Have not had occasion to use it yet but it looks good on the wall! I suggest better instructions on how to extract the blanket from the plastic holder
